Serine Protease 50（PRSS50) also know as Cancer/Testis Antigen 20（CT20) or Testis-Specific Protease-Like Protein 50（TSP50）,is encoded by the PRSS50 gene,The gene is a hypomethylated gene in breast cancer biopsy samples.Enables threonine-type endopeptidase activity. Involved in proteolysis. Located in endoplasmic reticulum.Diseases associated with PRSS50 include Breast Cancer.An important paralog of this gene is OVCH1.
